Now that the new year is here, it is time to open our hearts to the true grandeur of our existence.
What may be preventing that feeling right now is an unhealthy struggle within us that has been dismaying our self-assurance and vitality.
A prolonged loss of our inner stamina, provoked by uncertainty, has been quite possibly making many of us tense and feeling powerless.
We may be feeling anxiously caught between two contrary beliefs being brought forward in us at the same time – that we want to be open and strong, but we cannot rid ourselves of something in us that weakens us.
A dark possibility of rejection or failure is impinging on our nervous systems and draining our confidence, creating a confusing stress deep within us.
For many, our bright, accepting spirits are being darkened by others’ negative adjudications or our own insight into their covert agendas.
At the root of this anxiety is an ancestral implant in our upper throats that makes us feel unable to experience our creativity or relationships as truly successful. It does this by leading us to feel that there is rejection hidden within our relationships or that they will not succeed.
With this implant in an active state this week, we are unknowingly suppressing our heart’s openness and not utilizing the abilities within us that we have in full measure.
In sum, being unable to act on our vision of the future without anxiety is rooted in our fear of being betrayed or rejected.
Our confident authority is being swayed by a frustrating mistrustfulness that hold us to a sense that we are ‘failing’ in some way – and we may also go as far as feeling guilty about the nature of our desires and expectations.
This implanted aura of distrust within us is stressfully sealing off our flexibility and can lead us into giving into an inflamed despair that leads us to distance ourselves from others.
Nonetheless, if we can allow ourselves to process out this pattern of force over the next several days, we can and will rejuvenate our faith in ourselves.
With rejuvenated passion and our trusting spirit reastored, 2012 may very well offer us the best opportunity to experience a new and joyful openness and optimism!
“One person with a belief is equal to a force of ninety-nine who have only interests.”- Peter Marshall

This explains a whole lot of what I am experiencing! Thank you for the session and insight.
Happy New Year.
